Der 9. Tag in 2011 und ich habe noch nicht gebloggt, obwohl ich es mir doch so fest vorgenommen habe, in diesem Jahr mehr zu bloggen und auch mehr zu nähen! Ich verspreche Besserung!
Day No. 9 in 2011 and this is the first blog post , eventhough my new year's pledge was to blog more often and also to sew more kids clothes! I promise to get better!
Eigentlich wollte ich ALLE Weihnachtsgeschenke selbst nähen... es ist mir zwar nicht 100%ig gelungen, aber es ist doch Einiges entstanden. Guckt selbst!
My goal was to make all X-Mas presents by myself... even though I failed, I still sewed quite a few...Here are some of them:
Der erste Versuch eines Kamerabandes für einen lieben Freund. Ich habe das Nähset von Die Schaubude ausprobiert und bin total begeistert. Die Anleitung ist super detailliert geschrieben und man bekommt auch gleich die Grundzutaten mit dazu! Also kann man gleich loslegen.
The first trial to sew a camera strap for a dear friend. I tried out the sewing kit from Die Schaubude and I'm thrilled. The manual is written extremely detailed and comes together with the basic ingredients for the strap! So you can start right away.
Ein Tip noch, solltet ihr auch mal das Kameraband nähen: Benutzt einen Teflonfuss für das Kunstleder - näht sich viiiel besser!
You should use the teflon foot of your sewing machine to sew the artificial leather! It makes life sooooo much easier!
